"HOME TOWN HERO" The idea is nothing, if not proven. You can see the program has worked here in Hill Country for 6 years. It is a business. It is one that will give you a great deal of opportunities, if we as a team work to make it happen. It is important to the nonprofits and imperative to our success that only the right people are involved. By saying this, I mean people who see the big picture and care about helping as much as open great doors
As a business we must move forward, business plans must be keep and always be followed.
Our Success-
50 businesses in 30 days!!
· Pay breaks down on incentives in employee agreement.
· Find minimum of 50 businesses in each town and state to offer discounts to be Hero's.
· You must fight for unbelievable discounts.
· Ask for help if you need it. Do not lose a good discount all by yourself, if we lose it, let's do it together.
· Finding Non-Profits to participate.
· Call-Email-Walk in to get your clients we don't mind.
This is a full time job, where public relations with your businesses must be good and grow. Continuing to find discounts for card members and special discounts for the web site will only improve card sells which in turn is your commissions! There is room for you to expand, one area at a time.
Requirements-
- Some sales experience or sales ambition
- Your Own Transportation.
- Non compete clause signed. (we have so much more to say and offer you)
- Ability to talk face to face with business.
- Some sales experience.
- Team player (your not alone)
